We stand behind the quality of our work. Every home we build comes with a 1 year Builder’s Warranty and an additional 1-2-10 Limited Transferrable Warranty for added peace of mind. If anything covered by the warranty needs attention, our team is here to help make it right – so you can focus on enjoying your new home.

1 Year Builder's Warranty

Bahia Mar Design Build Group includes a 1 year Builder’s Warranty as described in your contract. We understand that issues can arise. All warranty service requests are reviewed and schedule based on the level of urgency. Emergency items are prioritized and addressed as quickly as possible, while non-urgent items will be scheduled accordingly. It is also important for a new home to acclimate through 4 seasons before addressing certain issues. The homeowner is responsible for submitting Warranty Requests as well as the 1 year follow-up walk-through with the builder.

1-2-10 Extended Warranty

A limited, transferrable 10 year, full coverage warranty is provided through RWC Warranty. This includes 1 year coverage for workmanship and materials, 2 year coverage for certain mechanical systems and 10 year coverage for major structural components.
