Brian Pierce
President / Master of the Build and Bad Dad Jokes
Some people are born to build – Brian just had a head start, growing up in a long line of sawdust-covered greatness. With both his father and grandfather in the home construction business, you could say it’s in his blood… along with a deep appreciation for blue prints and bad puns.
Since 1996, Brian has been turning sketches into beautiful homes and juggling jobsites, budgets and an impressive collection of coffee-stained blueprints. All humor (and picking on him) aside, his commitment to providing each new homebuyer a personalized build holds a high level of quality and craftsmanship. He enjoys applying his creative architectural designs and seeing his unique conceptual designs come to fruition. Brian’s favorite home designs combine traditional architecture with modern design and concepts.
While he is known as our fearless leader at the job, at home, Brian is outnumbered by his lovely wife and two daughters. Whether it’s hiking, family cookouts on the back patio or spontaneous weekend adventures, his family is his favorite “build” of all.
Gary Pierce
Builder / The Real Boss
Gary started in the building business with his father, Robert, in 1971. During their partnership, they completed numerous custom luxury homes across the Atlanta area. As a skilled craftsman and dedicated mentor, he passed down his passion for home building to Brian, teaching him the value of hard work, integrity and attention to detail. Their collaboration is rooted in tradition, trust, and a shared vision for quality construction that feels like home.
Our crew deeply values his wisdom, honesty and quiet leadership. His timing is impeccable, his standards are high and his dry, deadpan humor keeps everyone laughing.
In all seriousness, we wouldn’t be who we are without him. He’s built homes, character and a legacy of craftsmanship that now lives on in the next generation. And if you ever need a second opinion – he’s got one. Probably two. Just ask.
Heidi Wilkinson
Operations / Design Coordinator
Since joining the team a year and a half ago, Heidi has quickly become the organization heartbeat of the company. As Operations Manager and Design Coordinator, she wears more hats than most people can carry – and somehow makes it all look easy.
Once a contract is signed, Heidi becomes your go-to guide through the home building journey. When she’s not handling client communication and design meetings, sourcing materials and coordinating selections, she is also manages bookkeeping, permitting, website & social media, and just about everything in between.
On top of all that, she’s a proud mom of four young children. Yes, four. This could explain her superhero-level multitasking skills and occasional background noise during phone conversations. Not sure how we ever managed without her, and we’re not planning to find out.
Brett Pierce
Site Superintendent / Materials Acquisition Specialist AKA Gopher
Raised around home construction job sites, Brett grew up learning the ropes from his dad (Brian’s younger brother), also a longtime builder. Now he’s bringing that foundation working as a Site Superintendent for Bahia Mar Design Build Group.
He spends most days managing subcontractors, handling warranty service requests and doing a little bit of everything – including more job site cleanup that he probably signed up for. Whether he’s running out for materials, juggling warranty services or keeping the jobsites pristine. Brett is learning the ropes from two of the best – his uncle and Granddaddy.
Whether he’s making the day-to-day logistics or making sure the final punch list gets done right, Brett takes pride in doing the job well – and doing it right.
