Find Your Fit
With your financing path in motion, it is time to select the right location and layout. Choose from a range of available lots featuring our in-house plans already in progress. We can schedule a time to visit the property with our sales representative, discuss stage of construction and available selections for personalization.
Sign Your Contract
Next, our sales team will finalize everything with a purchase agreement. This contract secures your home and locks in your customization path. We'll outline key construction milestones and what to expect next, so you can begin making custom selections.
Make Your Selections
In your Design Selections Meeting, you'll choose finishes, colors, countertops, cabinetry, flooring, lighting and available upgrades within two weeks of going under contract. Our Design Selections Coordinator will walk you through each choice to ensure your home feels uniquely yours.
Watch the Progress
From the start to the finishing touches, our team will keep you informed with regular updates and walkthroughs at key stages. You'll have the opportunity to see your home take shape and ask questions along the way.
Final Walkthrough & Orientation
As construction wraps up, we'll schedule your final walkthrough. You'll get a detailed orientation of your new home, including how everything works - from air filters to water shutoff locations and much more. We'll make sure everything meets your expectations before closing.
Welcome Home!
Move-in day! Once the closing process is complete, we hand over the keys and welcome you to your brand-new home. But our relationship doesn't end here. You'll have the peace of mind with a builder's warranty and continued support if you need anything.
